Pete did an excellent job from the beginning of our listing to closing. We were reluctant to list our home given it was right after the new year and rising interest rates. I particularly like Pete’s marketing strategy in sending out a stager and professional cleaners, which was a tremendous help to me. He was consistent with the open house showing every weekend and keeping up apprised on showing feedback. I’m happy to say our home was listed on January 5th and closed on March 3rd all thanks to Pete. We were able to move on time to our new home that was out of state in NM. I simply can’t find words to express my appreciation for the job that Pete did for us. I would recommend him to anyone that needs an agent; I’ll certainly refer him to anyone that I run into that’s looking for a friendly, caring, competent real estate agent.
